• Past Wounds: grief, heartbreak, betrayal, or trauma that continues to restrict emotional openness.

• Constraint & Control: feeling trapped by circumstances, relationships, expectations, or internalized beliefs.

• Boundaries: the desire to hold firm limits, preserve safety, or shield oneself from further harm.

• Healing in Progress: the slow, intentional work of loosening emotional chains, reclaiming parts of self, and exploring trust at a manageable pace.

• Strength & Endurance: the idea that even a heart bound by chains has survived, endured, and continues to beat.

Positive themes may include protection, self-awareness, resilience, and choosing safety until readiness emerges.
Negative themes may include restriction, loneliness, fear, emotional paralysis, or unresolved pain.
