At Serendipity Sand & Play Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our return policy below:
Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, clearance, and digital/downloadable items are final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us – Email support@serendipitysand.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the Item Back – Once approved, send the item to our return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Receive a Refund or Exchange – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Exchanges will be processed promptly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already shipped.
