This 4-inch African American Empty Womb Figure was intentionally designed to give form to the often unseen and unspoken experiences of infertility, pregnancy loss, miscarriage, stillbirth, and complicated feelings surrounding unmet or interrupted motherhood. It serves as a powerful visual representation of grief that may not have a clear story, timeline, or ending.

Printed in a muted blue-gray tone by our Serendipity 3D Shop, the color choice was deliberate—evoking quiet sorrow, longing, emotional heaviness, and the depth of loss that can exist beneath the surface. Blue-gray holds space for grief that is not loud, dramatic, or easily named, but instead lingers in silence, memory, and the body.

Her posture and the hollowed womb offer clients a tangible way to externalize absence—what should have been, what was hoped for, or what was taken too soon.
