Eating Disorder Bundle – Acknowledging the Struggle, Creating Space for Healing 🩶

This Eating Disorder Bundle is a brave and intentional addition to the sandtray, offering a way to represent the often-hidden experiences surrounding disordered eating. It includes a 4 3/4 inch toilet miniature paired with a small vomit piece—symbols that allow clients to externalize difficult emotions and behaviors that are usually carried in silence.

These pieces create space for honest exploration of the physical, emotional, and psychological experiences tied to eating disorders, while also opening the door to healing, recovery, and self-compassion.

Symbolic Themes:

Positive – Awareness, honesty, recovery, release, vulnerability, seeking help, breaking silence

Negative – Shame, secrecy, self‑harm behaviors, body image struggles, emotional overwhelm, loss of control

This set is designed to help clients express what’s too painful or complicated to put into words. Sometimes naming the truth—visually and symbolically—is the first step toward reclaiming it.
